How do I begin services?

Initiating speech and language services begins with sending Simply Speechy LLC an email Lindsey@simplyspeechyslp.com, phone call or text message (850-270-1614), or complete the contact form!

We will respond to emails, texts and messages within two business days.

 

Let us know what services you are interested in...

  • Screening for speech and/or language

  • Evaluation for speech

  • Evaluation for language

  • Therapy sessions

At this time, Simply Speechy LLC does not accept insurance. However, other options include...

  • Self pay (cash or credit/debit)

  • HSA (Health Savings Account)

  • FSA (Flexible Spending Account)

 

**Superbills are provided as a courtesy. As an out-of-network provider, I am able to provide parents with a superbill which is a proof of service that supplies your insurance company with detailed information pertaining to diagnostic codes, procedural codes, dates of service, etc. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to submit the superbill to their insurance company for reimbursement, if applicable.


Payment is due at the time of the service. Additional information can be found within the "Services" tab.
